At Blue Mounds Cookie Co., we believe everyone deserves a cookie that feels like home—soft, buttery, nostalgic, and shockingly gluten-free.
As a full-time working mom and avid home cook, the kitchen has always been my favorite place to show love. With my husband, father-in-law, and nephew all gluten intolerant, gluten-free cooking quickly became a necessity—and over time, a true passion. But I was tired of the gluten-free cookies we’d find at stores or bakeries—dry, crumbly, and flavorless. They tasted like cardboard, and I knew there had to be a better way.
So I set a goal: to create a gluten-free cookie that no one could detect was gluten-free. After countless batches and lots of taste testing, I finally got it right. Now, not only does my family love them, but people without any dietary restrictions are coming back for more—because flavor always comes first.
Every cookie is handmade in our Wisconsin home kitchen with thoughtfully chosen ingredients: premium gluten-free flour, real butter, farm-fresh eggs, and just the right touch of indulgence.
